Three clear ways to work together.

Consults are free. Projects are fixed-fee with written milestones. Retainers are for hosting, incidents, and improvements after you are live, not for defects we shipped under the project warranty.

Monthly retainer

Care for software already in production.

From $500/mo

Estimator

Six common project shapes from $2k to about $30k.

Each stop bundles work that usually ships together for owners who have outgrown spreadsheets. Tight deadlines, compliance, or unusual integrations can move you up in the band. Every project fee still includes twelve months of bugfixes on delivered scope; new features and retainers are quoted separately.

Project total

One-time total

$2,000

Includes twelve months of bugfixes on delivered scope from go-live, under the same acceptance criteria as the build.

Marketing site

A small marketing site: a handful of pages, fast load, and a handoff you can maintain or pair with a monthly care retainer.

Projects vs. retainer

Projects have a finish line. The project fee includes twelve months of bugfixes on shipped work, with no extra invoice for regressions in agreed scope. Retainers cover hosting, monitoring, incidents, and steady improvements that are not defect repair. Many teams ship a project first, then add monthly care when uptime matters.

Bugfixes vs. new work

Defects in what we delivered under the written acceptance criteria are covered for twelve months from go-live. New features, new integrations, or workflow changes are quoted separately, either as a follow-on project slice or inside retainer capacity when you have one.

Who this is for

Owners and operators at growing businesses (often 5 to 100 people) who need CRM, pipeline, commissions, or invoicing that fits how they already work. You do not need an in-house engineering team to start the conversation.

How real quotes work

The estimator and feature grid show how scope stacks. We still confirm assumptions, exclusions, and interfaces in writing before invoices start. Paid discovery is rare and only when scope is too fuzzy for a fair fixed fee.

What is not in the ballpark

Pass-through vendor bills (registrar, email volume, managed databases, LLM usage in production) stay at cost on top of our fee. Rush timelines, heavy compliance, or many unknown integrations can move you up within the band.

Inside a quote

What we look at before we name a price.

The checklist we share so neither side gets surprised halfway through.

  • Number of user roles, approvals, and audit expectations
  • External systems to connect (payments, CRM, email, SSO)
  • Data you already have that must move or stay in sync
  • Compliance, retention, or review requirements
  • Launch date pressure and how much unknown scope remains
